This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character) activity:
Backtagging: Yes - I'll pick up old threads whenever another player wants to.
Threadhopping: Yes - sometimes you gotta take things off-comm or to a new post...
Fourthwalling: Yes - it's fairly probable that those who share a universe with Danny know that he's a federal agent. Other times, I might make it clear in the narration that you can tell.
Offensive subjects: Yes. As long as we make it clear what's in-character versus out, I'm pretty sure I can handle most subjects. (FYI I'm not very good at writing porn.)

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity:
Hugging this character: Yes, but proceed with caution. He tends to hyper-vigilance and may react badly if hugged without warning.
Kissing this character: Yes, but proceed with caution. He won't initiate affection unless he knows the other character well.
Flirting with this character: Yes - he's probably going to be hilariously bad at it, though.
Fighting with this character: Yes - he's from a superhero comics continuity, and he's used to fighting. It'll just be another day for him.
Injuring this character: Yes, I'm down for any kind of injury, including torture and loss of limbs. Sexual violence generally off limits.
Killing this character: As long as you warn me/PM me first, if it makes sense for the thread I'm down with letting Danny die.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it! He works with people who have various parapsychic abilities, so it won't surprise him at all. There's some trauma buried down in his brain, though... so you might not want to dig too deep.
Warnings: Canon didn't really acknowledge it, but Danny was a child soldier. Thanks to him being friends with the second Robin, and his own unfortunate canonical end, there is child death in his past. I will always include content warnings (or add them by request) if such things come up in thread.
